我国高校设立教师发展中心有利于提高教师专业发展的科学性、实效性和长效性。教师发展中心可以整合组织内外优质教育资源,并且能够将培训、教学、研究相结合,突出其实验研究特色。教师发展中心的成立需要多方参与论证,协调好与各职能部门和学院的关系,构建特色鲜明、多方参与、资源同享的立体型教师专业发展平台。

The establishment of university TDC will help improve the professional development of teachers in a scientific , effective and continuous way . TDC can integrate various educational resources within and outside the organization , and link staff training , teaching and research together , highlighting its experimental study feature . The establishment of TDC policy requires multi-stakeholder's participation and demonstration , and good coordination between functional departments and colleges in order to build a distinctive three-dimensional teacher professional development platform with multi-participation and shared resources .
