教师继续教育的目的是帮助教师更新教学观念,提高教学能力。然而,当前的继续教育内容缺乏针对性,注重专业成长而忽视精神成长,教师对继续教育的认识不到位,终身教育理念不强,等等,让中国教师发展面临诸多困境。本文从认知信息加工理论(CIP )角度,总结了教师专业发展的“金字塔”模式,分析了认知信息加工理论在教师专业发展中完善知识领域、改进专业发展决策、改善元认知技能等三个方面的实践作用,提出应大力发展教师的认知信息加工能力,促进教师精神成长,完善教师自主专业发展路径。

T he purpose of teachers'continuing education is to help them update teaching concepts and improve teaching skills . However , China's teacher development is now in a dilemma due to the lack of specificity and the neglect of spiritual grow th in current continuing education concept content and teachers'poor understanding of continuing education as well as weak lifelong education concept . From the angle of cognitive information processing theory ( CIP) , this thesis sums up the ?pyramid"model of teacher?s professional development , and analyzes CIP's practical role in improving the knowledge field , decision-making and meta cognitive skills . It also proposes to develop cognitive information processing capacity , promote spiritual grow th of teachers , and improve teachers'professional self-development path .
