《教师教育课程标准(试行)》对职前教师的教师专业发展提出了明确的要求。从教师专业发展所包含的教师专业情意、教师专业知识、教师专业能力以及身心素质四个核心要素着眼,对某部属师范大学794名免费师范生的教师专业发展现状进行调查分析,认为促进当前免费师范生教师专业发展的途径主要包括:优化免费师范生教育课程结构;完善免费师范生实践课程体系;创新免费师范生职业能力训练机制;明确免费师范生专业发展方向;建立免费师范生专业发展质量监控体系。

Teacher Education Curriculum Standard ( Trial)" puts forward specific requirements for the professional development of the pre-service middle school teachers . Looking from four core elements:teachers professional affection , teachers professional knowledge , teachers professional ability and their physical and mental quality ,this thesis investigates 794 free normal students in normal university on their professional development . Ways to promote the free normal students professional development are as follow s: optimizing free normal students education curriculum structure;improving free normal students practical education curriculum ; innovating free normal students occupational skill training mechanism ;making clear free normal students professional development direction; establishing a quality control system for the free normal students professional development .
