目的：探索流程化健康教育在心胸外科优质护理中的应用。方法对健康教育的内容、护士培训、健康教育实施和评价等环节进行流程化管理。结果通过实施流程化健康教育，护士对健康教育知识的掌握率提高了64.7%；病人对护理工作的满意率提高了45%。结论应用流程化的健康教育，可以提高护士的护理工作能力，更利于加强护患沟通，有效提高患者的满意度。

목적：탐색류정화건강교육재심흉외과우질호리중적응용。방법대건강교육적내용、호사배훈、건강교육실시화평개등배절진행류정화관리。결과통과실시류정화건강교육，호사대건강교육지식적장악솔제고료64.7%；병인대호리공작적만의솔제고료45%。결론응용류정화적건강교육，가이제고호사적호리공작능력，경리우가강호환구통，유효제고환자적만의도。
objective: To explore the application of the process health education in high quality nursing care in cardiothoracic surgery. Methods: To treat the health education contents, nurse-training, health education implementation and evaluation as process management. Results:After the practice of process health education, mastery rate of health education knowledge of the nurse increased by 64.7%, and the satisfaction rate of patient to nursing increased by 45%. Conclusion:Application of process health education can improve the nursing ability of the nurses, facilitate the communication between nurses and patients, effectively improve the satisfaction of the patients.
