目的：分析医疗机构药品不良反应监测工作现状及监测工作中存在的难点问题，为促进药品不良反应监测工作提供参考。方法对哈尔滨市医疗机构药品不良反应监测工作现状进行综合分析。结果及结论医疗机构ADR监测体系建设、报告质量、报告时限、报告类型存在不足，应充分重视ADR监测工作，提高相关医务人员的监测水平和素质，完善医疗机构药品不良反应监测体系。
目的：分析醫療機構藥品不良反應鑑測工作現狀及鑑測工作中存在的難點問題，為促進藥品不良反應鑑測工作提供參攷。方法對哈爾濱市醫療機構藥品不良反應鑑測工作現狀進行綜閤分析。結果及結論醫療機構ADR鑑測體繫建設、報告質量、報告時限、報告類型存在不足，應充分重視ADR鑑測工作，提高相關醫務人員的鑑測水平和素質，完善醫療機構藥品不良反應鑑測體繫。
목적：분석의료궤구약품불량반응감측공작현상급감측공작중존재적난점문제，위촉진약품불량반응감측공작제공삼고。방법대합이빈시의료궤구약품불량반응감측공작현상진행종합분석。결과급결론의료궤구ADR감측체계건설、보고질량、보고시한、보고류형존재불족，응충분중시ADR감측공작，제고상관의무인원적감측수평화소질，완선의료궤구약품불량반응감측체계。
Objective To probe into the status quo and difficulties in hospital adverse drug reaction(ADR)monitoring for improving the monitoring of ADR. Methods The current situation of ADR monitoring in medical institutions of Haerbin City was comprehensively analyzed. Results and Conclusion Hospital ADR reports were imperfect in monitoring system, quality, deadline and types. It is important to enhance medical staff's ADR monitoring level, and improve the ADR monitoring system in medical institutions.
