为分析金冠苹果果实可溶性固形物含量的遗传规律,2007~2010年以金冠为亲本3个组合(红玉×金冠、金冠×红玉、金冠×津轻)杂种实生树和金冠自然实生树共计2863株为试材,对其 F1代果实的可溶性固形物含量进行了测定,并分析了果实可溶性固形物含量的遗传特性。结果表明:果实可溶性固形物含量是受多基因控制的数量性状,其中,金冠作为母本时杂种后代果实的可溶性固形物含量变异幅度较小(10%~21%);金冠果实可溶性固形物含量的遗传传递力为110.4%~112.6%,杂种后代果实可溶性固形物含量具有明显增加的趋势,有利于选育出可溶性固形物含量高的苹果种质。

To study the genetic regularity of soluble solids content in fruit of Golden Delicious apple, the soluble solids content of F1 generation fruit of 2 863 strains including hybrid seedling trees of three combinations (Hongyu ×Golden Delicious, Golden Delicious ×Hongyu, Golden Delicious ×Tsugarau) with Golden Delicious as a parent and Golden Delicious seedling trees were determined, and the genetic characteristics of fruit soluble solids content was analyzed.The results showed that fruit soluble solids content was a quantitative trait controlled by multiple genes, the variation of fruit soluble solids content of hybrid progeny with Golden Delicious as female parent was smaller (10% ~21%), the heritability of fruit soluble solids content of Golden Delicious was from 110.4% to 112.6%, which meant the soluble solids content of hybrids had a significantly rising trend and it was useful for selecting the high levels germplasms.
