基于产业转移支持机理构建产业转移金融支持框架，通过调查问卷和实地走访的方式，分析目前产业转移园区金融支持存在的问题及原因，相关研究表明韶关产业转移的金融支持有如下特点：宏观方面，能及时出台金融支持政策，但金融资源存量和质量仍有提升空间；中观方面，金融资源能大力支持园区基础设施建设，但信贷配置不公平、金融体系不完善阻碍了金融资源支持作用的充分发挥；微观方面，特色金融产品丰富，但存在融资方式单一、贷款效率较低等问题。因此，应该从宏观、中观和微观三方面实施扁平化信贷，严把转移企业准入门槛，形成点对点的支付结算服务。
