面对当前就业的严峻形势，关注和促进就业成为做好高职学生思想政治教育工作的着力点。随着社会竞争的日趋激烈，用人单位对高职学生的素质要求发生了新变化，通过具体分析高职院校思想政治教育工作在引导和促进就业的作用，提出思想政治教育要从思政课教学、实习实训、科学考评、品牌活动、心理教育五个方面着手，促进“教”与“育”的有机结合，以应对就业难的现状。
