目的：通过对甘州区碘缺乏病健康教育项目实施效果进行评价，为甘州区消除碘缺乏的危害而采取有针对性的行为干预策略和措施提供科学依据。方法：在甘州区选择3个项目乡镇，对各个乡镇的小学五年级学生和家庭主妇开展健康教育活动，在健康教育前后进行碘缺乏病防治知识调查。结果：健康教育项目实施前甘州区小学生、家庭妇女的碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率分别为49．26％、60．00％，健康教育项目实施后小学生、家庭妇女的碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率分别提高到了97．04％、96．30％，健康教育项目实施前后差异显著（P＜0．01）。结论开展碘缺乏病健康教育对提高小学生和家庭主妇的碘缺乏病防治知识，改善相关行为有着明显效果。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of health education program of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Ganzhou District to provide the scientific basis for formulating control measures Methods:Choose 3 items of town in Ganzhou District,the town primary school the fifth grade students and housewives to carry out health education activities,the investigation of iodine deficiency disease prevention knowledge before and after health education.Results:Before the implementa-tion of health education program of Iodine Deficiency Disorders the knowledge awareness rate of pupil,and housewives were 49.26%,60%;After the implemen-tation of health education program of Iodine Deficiency Disorders the knowledge awareness rate of pupil,and housewives was improved to 97.04%and 96.30%, The difference of awareness rate was significant before and after (P<0.01).Conclusions:It was effective to carry out health education on the knowledge of io-dine deficiency to improve students and housewives'knowledge on the prevention and control of iodine deficiency and related behavior.
