公共艺术课程是我国高等教育课程体系的重要组成部分，以当下高校公共艺术教育课程设置、教学和管理的现状为背景，结合公选课选"与学"的问题，探讨课程体系建构思路，研究学科建设和地方资源在艺术课程开发利用等方面的对策。

Public art course is an important part of the curriculum system of higher-learning institutions in China . This paper analyzes the current public art curriculum on the basis of the status quo of management problems at universities , probes the thought of constructing curriculum system in consideration of the problems related to selecting " and learning " the courses and studies countermeasures to incorporate discipline construction and local resources in the development and implementation of art courses .
