师资队伍是高校最核心的资源，是高校提高竞争力及事业发展的基石。兼职教师是师资队伍的重要组成部分，在改善师资队伍结构，提高教师教学水平，实现高等教育培养目标中，起着不可替代的作用。本文以华中师大学教师教育改革为背景，阐述了华中师范大学教师教育类课程教师专兼职结构优化的探索与实践，提出了“5＋4＋1”专兼职结构模型。

Construction of teaching staff is the basis of higher schools to improve competitiveness and keep flourishing . Part-time teachers are the important part of the teaching staff , and also the im-portant measures to improve the structure of teaching staff effectively and make our teachers outstand-ing in their subjects , which will realize the training objectives of higher education . Relying on the re -form of Central China Normal University , this article mainly summarizes the exploration and practice of Central China Normal University on the structure of full-time and part-time teaching staff of the teacher training courses and puts forward the 5 + 4 + 1" full-time and part-time structure model .
