目的：分析护理干预在青少年鼻内镜手术后复查换药中的应用效果。方法：选取50例鼻内镜手术后复查换药青少年患者，随机分为干预组和常规组各25例，分别给予护理干预及常规护理，分析护理效果。结果：干预组护理满意度及用药依从性均高于对照组，疼痛指数少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：青少年鼻内镜手术后复查换药中采用护理干预，可明显减轻患者换药时的痛苦，提高患者的依从性，应用效果显著。
目的：分析護理榦預在青少年鼻內鏡手術後複查換藥中的應用效果。方法：選取50例鼻內鏡手術後複查換藥青少年患者，隨機分為榦預組和常規組各25例，分彆給予護理榦預及常規護理，分析護理效果。結果：榦預組護理滿意度及用藥依從性均高于對照組，疼痛指數少于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：青少年鼻內鏡手術後複查換藥中採用護理榦預，可明顯減輕患者換藥時的痛苦，提高患者的依從性，應用效果顯著。
목적：분석호리간예재청소년비내경수술후복사환약중적응용효과。방법：선취50례비내경수술후복사환약청소년환자，수궤분위간예조화상규조각25례，분별급여호리간예급상규호리，분석호리효과。결과：간예조호리만의도급용약의종성균고우대조조，동통지수소우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：청소년비내경수술후복사환약중채용호리간예，가명현감경환자환약시적통고，제고환자적의종성，응용효과현저。
selection methods 50 cases of nasal endoscopic surgery the bandage review adolescent patients, randomly divided into intervention group and normal group, 25 patients were given nursing intervention and routine care, analysis of effect of patient care. Results: the nursing satisfaction and medication adherence intervention group were higher than control group, the pain index is less than the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion:teenagers check after nasal endoscopic surgery treatment in the nursing intervention, can obviously reduce the treatment of patients with pain, improve patient compliance, application effect is remarkable.
