目的：应用负压引流术与外固定架相结合对合并患有严重软组织损伤的小腿骨折患者实施急诊治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法：将我院收治的80例合并患有严重软组织损伤的小腿骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组40例。采用常规外科手术方案对对照组患者实施治疗；采用负压引流术与外固定架相结合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果：治疗组患者小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤病情治疗效果明显优于对照组；小腿功能恢复正常时间和治疗方案实施总时间明显短于对照组。结论：应用负压引流术与外固定架相结合对合并患有严重软组织损伤的小腿骨折患者实施急诊治疗的临床效果非常明显。
목적：응용부압인류술여외고정가상결합대합병환유엄중연조직손상적소퇴골절환자실시급진치료적림상효과진행연구。방법：장아원수치적80례합병환유엄중연조직손상적소퇴골절환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，평균매조40례。채용상규외과수술방안대대조조환자실시치료；채용부압인류술여외고정가상결합대치료조환자실시치료。결과：치료조환자소퇴골절합병엄중연조직손상병정치료효과명현우우대조조；소퇴공능회복정상시간화치료방안실시총시간명현단우대조조。결론：응용부압인류술여외고정가상결합대합병환유엄중연조직손상적소퇴골절환자실시급진치료적림상효과비상명현。
Objective:The application of negative pressure drainage and external fixator combinedwith severe soft tissue injury leg of clinical outcome in patients with emergency treatment of fractures. Methods:80 patients admitted to our hospital with severe soft tissue injury of leg fracturepatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 40 cases. Using conventional surgical operation scheme to control the implementation of the patients in the treatment group; the negative pressure drainage and external fixator combined therapy on patients in the treatment group. Results:The patients in the treatment group of leg fracture with severe soft tissue injury treatment was better than the control group; the function recovery time and theimplementation of the total treatment time was shorter than the control group. Conclusion: The application of negative pressure drainage and external fixator combined with severe soft tissue injury clinical effect in patients with the implementation of the emergency treatment of leg fracture is obvious.
