阐述了镁合金拉伸压缩不对称性的形成机理;概括了镁合金拉伸压缩不对称性的影响因素及控制方式。镁合金拉伸压缩不对称性的存在主要源于产生的织构和孪生的极性。通过调控织构、晶粒尺寸、合金元素、第二相形貌可有效地改善镁合金的拉伸压缩不对称性。然而,目前还缺乏针对不同因素对镁合金拉伸压缩不对称性影响的定量分析,有必要建立以上所述各微观组织与镁合金拉伸压缩不对称性的关系。最终,期望通过优化微观组织的贡献最大幅度地降低材料的拉伸压缩不对称性。

The formation mechanism of the tension-compression yield asymmetry of magnesium alloys was summarized. The influencing factors and controlling methods of the yield asymmetry were reviewed. The yield asymmetry is mainly attributed to the strong deformation texture of wrought magnesium alloys and the polar nature of twining. The yield asymmetry can be improved by controlling texture, grain size, alloying elements and precipitate shape. However, comparatively little attention has been paid to quantitative evaluation on the contribution of each factor to yield asymmetry. Therefore, it is desirable to build the correlation between the above mentioned microstructural aspects and yield asymmetry. Then, it is expected that yield asymmetry can be greatly reduced by optimizing each parameter.
