为了客观、系统地评估桥梁安全状况,提出三标度层次分析法与模糊综合评判的集成评估方法。首先,运用层次分析法分析影响桥梁安全状况的评估指标,进而建立桥梁安全评估的目标层、准则层、指标层,并形成桥梁安全评估指标体系。采用三标度层次分析法计算评估指标权重。其次,通过模糊综合评判模型,对桥梁安全评估体系进行分层次模糊综合评估。结合模糊加权平均算子和模糊综合评判最大隶属度原则,确定桥梁安全状况分值,参照评语集得出桥梁安全等级。最后,将该集成评估方法应用到江坡头大桥工程实例中,评估结果与现行规范一致,体现了该方法的可行性与实用性。
為瞭客觀、繫統地評估橋樑安全狀況,提齣三標度層次分析法與模糊綜閤評判的集成評估方法。首先,運用層次分析法分析影響橋樑安全狀況的評估指標,進而建立橋樑安全評估的目標層、準則層、指標層,併形成橋樑安全評估指標體繫。採用三標度層次分析法計算評估指標權重。其次,通過模糊綜閤評判模型,對橋樑安全評估體繫進行分層次模糊綜閤評估。結閤模糊加權平均算子和模糊綜閤評判最大隸屬度原則,確定橋樑安全狀況分值,參照評語集得齣橋樑安全等級。最後,將該集成評估方法應用到江坡頭大橋工程實例中,評估結果與現行規範一緻,體現瞭該方法的可行性與實用性。

In order to have an objective and systematical evaluation of bridge safety and keep the bridge working well , a comprehensive integrated assessment method based on three-scale analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy eval-uation model was presented .On the basis of the method , the application research of bridge safety assessment was principally illustrated as follows .Firstly, the assessment indexes of bridge safety were determined through the anal-ysis of various factors that had effects on safety operation of bridges by analytic hierarchy process .The assessment index system for bridge safety was established , which was classified into target layer , criterion layer and index lay-er.Considering the deficiency of traditional analytic hierarchy process that inaccurately calculated the weight of as -sessment index , the three-scale analytic hierarchy process model was introduced .By the improved model , the weights of assessment indexes were calculated precisely .Secondly , the assessment system for bridge safety was e-valuated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method .Combining the fuzzy weighted average operator with the maximum membership degree principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation , the mark of bridge safety condition was determined, and, on this basis, the condition level of bridge safety was obtained according to remark sets .Finally, the integrated assessment method was applied to an engineering example for Jiangpotou Bridge .The assessment re-sult for the bridge was consistent with current standard , and proved the feasibility and practicality of the method .
