大采高综放开采技术是特厚煤层开采的发展方向之一,而液压支架的选型是实现工作面安全高效生产的关键。针对龙固矿2301大采高综放工作面地质及生产技术条件,通过相似模拟,获得了工作面上覆岩层运动规律,在此基础上结合FLAC3D数值模拟和理论分析,确定了工作面支架的支护强度为1.46MPa及支护阻力为15000kN,并选取工作面支架型号为ZF15000-23/43正四连杆低位放顶煤液压支架。通过现场实测分析了工作面支架工作阻力的分布规律,应用表明ZF15000-23/43支架处于较好的位态,对2301综放工作面具有较好的适应性。研究成果对类似条件下液压支架的选型提供参考依据。

Large mining height fully-mechanized mining technology is an important way for mining of extra thick coal seam .The selection of hydraulic support is the key to realize safe and effective mining .According to the geo-logic and technical condition of 2301 large mining height fully-mechanized caving face in LongGu colliery , the structure movement laws of overlying strata were obtained through the analogous simulation experiment .On this ba-sis, the supporting strength of hydraulic support of 1.46 Mpa and resistance of 15000 kN were determined through FLAC3D numerical simulation experiments and theoretical analysis methods .Then the ZF15000-23/43 four-bar link-age low caving hydraulic support was selected .The distributing characteristics of support working resistance wereanalyzed through field measurement .It showed that ZF15000-23/43 bracket was in a good state and had good suita-bility to 2301 fully mechanized caving face .These results provide reference foundation for hydraulic support selec-tion with similar conditions .
