目的：观察腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床疗效，术后加用中药预防感染，降低术后病率。方法：回顾性分析2008年7月～2013年7月腹腔镜下120例子宫肌瘤剥除术患者的临床资料。结果：120例手术均在腹腔镜下完成，手术时间在78～156分钟，平均（96.7±19.6）分钟，术中出血40～340ml，平均（70.6±13.5）ml。病理检查均为子宫平滑肌瘤，切口甲级愈合。术后住院天数3～5天，平均4.2天。术前术后均未采用抗生素预防感染，加用中药后无一例感染发生。术前50例月经过多者，术后月经均恢复正常。术后3个月B超检查：子宫正常大小，宫壁无异常回声。结论：严格掌握腹腔镜手术适应症及禁忌症，腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术疗效确切，并发症发生率低。保留子宫，维持正常月经，术后加用中药治疗，可降低术后病率，起到预防感染的作用。
목적：관찰복강경하자궁기류박제술적림상료효，술후가용중약예방감염，강저술후병솔。방법：회고성분석2008년7월～2013년7월복강경하120례자궁기류박제술환자적림상자료。결과：120례수술균재복강경하완성，수술시간재78～156분종，평균（96.7±19.6）분종，술중출혈40～340ml，평균（70.6±13.5）ml。병리검사균위자궁평활기류，절구갑급유합。술후주원천수3～5천，평균4.2천。술전술후균미채용항생소예방감염，가용중약후무일례감염발생。술전50례월경과다자，술후월경균회복정상。술후3개월B초검사：자궁정상대소，궁벽무이상회성。결론：엄격장악복강경수술괄응증급금기증，복강경하자궁기류박제술료효학절，병발증발생솔저。보류자궁，유지정상월경，술후가용중약치료，가강저술후병솔，기도예방감염적작용。
To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic uterine fibroids divest technique combined with traditional Chinese medicine to prevent infection after surgery and reduce the rate of postoperative complication.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 120 cases who receive laparoscopic uterine flesh tumor removal surgery from July 2008 to 2013 July.Results:120 cases of operation were performed under laparoscopy. The operation time was (78~156) minutes, with a mean time of (96.7±19.6) minutes; the bleeding volume was (40-340) ml, with an average volume of (70.6±13.5) ml. The pathological examination was uterine fibroids, all incisions primarily healed. Postoperative hospitalization was 3 to 5 days; with an average length of 4.2 D. Antibiotics were not used before and after operation. No case of infection after combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Excessive amount of period in 50 cases, period are back to normal after operation. B ultrasound examination in three months after treatments:the uterus is in normal size and the wall is not abnormal echo.Conclusion:Strictly controlling of laparoscopic surgical indications and contraindications, laparoscopic hysteromyoma decollement is effective; the complication formation rate was low. Reserving uterus, maintaining normal menstruation and giving Chinese herbs treatment after surgery can reduce the rate of postoperative morbidity and prevent infection.
