目的：探讨颅底骨纤维异常增生的临床分型及相应手术方式选择。方法：采用手术方法治疗颅底骨纤维异常67例，回顾性分析了病变部位、临床表现、影像学特点、手术方法和结果，进行相应的临床分型和手术方式的选择。结果：38例外观异常患者不同程度外观改善，其中17例突眼患者突眼消失。68只视力下降眼中术后视力不同程度提高。结论：根据临床表现和相关影像学检查结果，明确临床分型，选择合适的手术方式可以在一定程度上挽救患者视功能，改善外观，缓解临床症状。
목적：탐토로저골섬유이상증생적림상분형급상응수술방식선택。방법：채용수술방법치료로저골섬유이상67례，회고성분석료병변부위、림상표현、영상학특점、수술방법화결과，진행상응적림상분형화수술방식적선택。결과：38예외관이상환자불동정도외관개선，기중17례돌안환자돌안소실。68지시력하강안중술후시력불동정도제고。결론：근거림상표현화상관영상학검사결과，명학림상분형，선택합괄적수술방식가이재일정정도상만구환자시공능，개선외관，완해림상증상。
To discuss the clinical classification and appropriate surgical approaches of skull base fibrous dysphasia. Methods:Using different surgical approaches to treat skull base fibrous dysplasia in 67 cases, with retrospective analysis of the lesion, clinical manifestations, imaging characteristics, operative methods and results, choose the appropriate clinical classification and surgical approaches.Results:38 cases of patients with varying degrees of abnormal appearance improved, of which 17 cases with exophthalmos disappeared. 68 eyes decreased vision acuity improved to some degrees.Conclusion:According to the clinical manifestations and associated imaging findings, a clear clinical type that can cause the appropriate surgical approach can save visual function.
