目的:研究Sox2转录因子在肺癌患者体内的表达情况。方法选取本院2011年12月至2013年6月治疗的肺癌患者120例,检测其体内Sox2转录因子的表达情况。结果肺癌患者癌组织中Sox2阳性表达率为90%,表达水平得分为(5.19±0.87)分,均显著高于癌旁组织中Sox2阳性表达率及表达水平得分(χ2=166.9565;t=46.1893;P=0.0000);鳞癌患者癌细胞内Sox2阳性表达水平最高,其次为大细胞癌;腺癌Sox2阳性表达水平最低;鳞癌、大细胞癌Sox2表达水平与腺癌、小细胞癌相比差异具有极其显著性(P<0.01);癌细胞低分化程度的患者体内Sox2阳性表达水平最高,随着分化程度的增加,Sox2阳性表达水平逐渐下降,肺癌高、中、低分化组差异显著(t=5.7745,8.6034,4.2127;P=0.0000)。结论肺癌组织Sox2转录因子阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,肺癌组织Sox2转录因子在不同病理分型、不同癌细胞分化程度组织中的表达水平不同,通过检查Sox2转录因子表达水平差异对肺癌诊断及治疗方案的确定具有一定的参考价值。

목적:연구Sox2전록인자재폐암환자체내적표체정황。방법선취본원2011년12월지2013년6월치료적폐암환자120례,검측기체내Sox2전록인자적표체정황。결과폐암환자암조직중Sox2양성표체솔위90%,표체수평득분위(5.19±0.87)분,균현저고우암방조직중Sox2양성표체솔급표체수평득분(χ2=166.9565;t=46.1893;P=0.0000);린암환자암세포내Sox2양성표체수평최고,기차위대세포암;선암Sox2양성표체수평최저;린암、대세포암Sox2표체수평여선암、소세포암상비차이구유겁기현저성(P<0.01);암세포저분화정도적환자체내Sox2양성표체수평최고,수착분화정도적증가,Sox2양성표체수평축점하강,폐암고、중、저분화조차이현저(t=5.7745,8.6034,4.2127;P=0.0000)。결론폐암조직Sox2전록인자양성표체솔고우암방조직,폐암조직Sox2전록인자재불동병리분형、불동암세포분화정도조직중적표체수평불동,통과검사Sox2전록인자표체수평차이대폐암진단급치료방안적학정구유일정적삼고개치。
Objective To study the expression of Sox2 transcription factors in lung cancer patients. Method Selected 120 lung cancer patients in our hospital from December 2011 to June 2013, used to detect the expression of transcription factor Sox2 in vivo. Result The positive rate of Sox2 expression was 90%incarcinoma tissues of patients with lung cancer, the expression level of intensity score was (5.19±0.87);were signiifcantly higher than that of positive expression rate and intensity scores in expression of Sox2 in cancer tissue (χ2 = 166.9565, t =46.1893, P=0.000);the positive expression of Sox2 squamous cell cancer the cell was the highest, followed by large cell carcinoma;adenocarcinoma, the positive expression of Sox2 minimum;squamous cell carcinoma, large cell carcinomaand adenocarcinoma, the expression level of Sox2 in small cell carcinoma had a very significant difference (P<0.01);cancer cells with low differentiation degree in patients with positive Sox2 expression level was the highest, with increasing differentiation degree, Sox2 positive expression level decreased, lung cancer, signiifcant differences in high, low differentiation group (t=5.7745, 8.6034, 4.2127;P=0.0000). Conclusion The positive expression rate is higher than the adjacent tissues of cancer lung cancer tissue Sox2 transcription factor, expression level of Sox2 transcription factor of lung cancer in different pathological types, different cancer cell differentiation of tissues of different level difference, has the certain reference value to the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer is determined by examining the expression of the Sox2 transcription factor.
