目的：描述心血管疾病住院患者发生跌倒的特征，为针对性地制定心血管疾病住院患者跌倒预防策略提供依据。方法：回顾性地分析我院2009年1月至2014年第一季度上报的跌倒资料，使用SPSS13.0软件进行分析。结果：跌倒发生时间以1：00～2：00、6：00～7：00时以及20：00为主；因心律失常发作所致跌倒后损伤程度高于非心律失常发作所致的跌倒。结论：应根据心血管疾病住院患者跌倒发生的时间及疾病特征采取综合预防措施。
목적：묘술심혈관질병주원환자발생질도적특정，위침대성지제정심혈관질병주원환자질도예방책략제공의거。방법：회고성지분석아원2009년1월지2014년제일계도상보적질도자료，사용SPSS13.0연건진행분석。결과：질도발생시간이1：00～2：00、6：00～7：00시이급20：00위주；인심률실상발작소치질도후손상정도고우비심률실상발작소치적질도。결론：응근거심혈관질병주원환자질도발생적시간급질병특정채취종합예방조시。
Objectives: To describe the characteristics of fall among hospitalized patients with cardiovascular disease and to provide references for formulating preventive measures of fall for these patients. Methods: We analyzed retrospectively the fall data in our hospital from January 2009 to March 2014. SPSS13.0 software was used for analysis. Results: Fall occurred mostly at 1~2 Am, 6~7 Am and 8Pm. The damage of fall caused by arrhythmia was more serious than that caused by other reasons. Conclusion: Comprehensive prevention measures should be taken according to the occurring time of fall and the characteristics of disease.
