以电子病历为核心的医院信息化建设是公立医院改革的重要内容之一。2011年卫生部下发了《电子病历系统功能应用水平分级评价方法及标准（试行）》，要求医院开展电子病历系统应用水平分级评价。通过电子病历系统评级让医院更快地明确医院信息化建设中的不足之处，逐步提升了电子病历的应用水平。简要总结了医院进行电子病历系统评级过程中对医院信息化的认识和体会。

The hospital informatization construction centered on the electronic medical records is an important content of reform of public hospitals. In 2011 Ministry of Health issued Evaluation Method and Standards of Function Application Level Grading of the Electronic Medical Record System (Trial) and required hospitals to carry out the application level grading evaluation of electronic medical record system. Through the grading of electronic medical record system, the hospitals find out deficiencies in the hospital informationization construction faster, gradually enhance the application level of electronic medical records. This paper briefly summarizes our hospital' s knowledge and experience of hospital informatization in the process of grading of electronic medical record system.
