密实黏性土在管路水力输送过程中会形成球块状,输送阻力大,易发生堵管。文中以大型绞吸式挖泥船在施工现场数据为基础,对不同管线工况下的成球黏性土的管路输送生产特性及临界流速计算方法进行研究,分析在不同管线承压及管径下的生产差别及产生原因,得到确定成球黏性土临界流速的方法,在此基础上,结合管线布置等情况提出适宜该成球黏性土输送的施工工艺并指导生产,取得了较好的效益。

The compacted cohesive soil can form ball blocks in the process of pipeline hydraulic transportation . This phenomenon can increase the resistance of hydraulic transportation, prone to block pipe. Based on the construction site data of large cutter suction dredgers, we studied the pipe transportation characteristics of cohesive soil balls and critical velocity calcu-lation methods in different pipe conditions, analyzed the production difference and reason of cohesive soil ball' s formation under different pipeline pressures and pipe diameters, and obtained the method to ascertain critical velocity of cohesive soil. On this basis, combining pipeline layout and other situations, we put forward the construction technology which is suitable for the trans-portation of cohesive soil balls, use it to guide production, and obtain good benefits.
