港珠澳大桥海底沉管隧道总长度为5664 m,由33个管节组成,端钢壳作为管节柔性接头的关键构件,安装质量直接关系到管节接头止水效果,安装精度要求极高。施工中,受焊接变形影响以及安装后受混凝土浇筑过程中压力影响,精度控制难度较大。文章针对端钢壳的安装施工工艺以及端钢壳精度控制方法进行阐述。工程实践证明,方法有效,满足精度要求。

The total length of immersed tunnel of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is 5 664 meters, consisting of 33 ele-ments. The bulkhead is a key component of the flexible joint between elements, whose installation quality directly related to the tunnel joints sealing, the installation requires high precision. This paper introduces the construction process of the bulkhead in-stallation and the control method of installation accuracy. Engineering practice proved that the method is effective to meet the ac-curacy requirement.
