目的：分析我国双向视频在院前急救系统中应用现状，探讨构建具有双向可视化视频的120院前急救系统。方法：利用无线网络通信技术和高效的视频处理技术，构建一个稳定、安全、快速的可视化平台。结果：通过该双向可视化视频院前急救系统，实现院内专家与救护医生“现场”协同救援任务，从而缩短病人救治前时延，提高病人救治率。结论：双向可视化视频在120院前急救系统中作用意义重大，能显著提高病人救治率。

Objective: To analyze the current application status of video-to-video for pre-hospital emergency system in our country, a 120 pre-hospital emergency system is designed which is based on video-to-video visualization. Methods: A stable, secure and fast visualization platform is built utilizing wireless network communication technology and efficient video processing technology. Results: Both the experts in the hospital and the doctors in the ambulance are participating in the rescue mission just like at the scene by the Pre-hospital Emergency system which based on video-to-video visualization, which reduces the delay time before treatment of patient and improves the patient's treatment rate. Conclusion: The video-to-video visualization plays a significant role in emergency system to improve the patient treatment rate significantly.
