Through the reinforcement and reconstruction of the finished quay, the berthing grade can be promoted. Combining with engineering examples, we analyzed several reconstruction schemes of gravity quays which have different features, and con-cluded the reconstructive characteristics of various quay structures. This paper provides design ideas for the reinforcement and reconstruction of gravity quay structures in future.
