我国地方政府融资平台公司在2009年3月份以后迅速发展起来，在对地方经济发展做过巨大贡献的同时，也受到很多非议，可谓功过参半。文章在分析地方融资平台公司功能的基础上，从分类清理、理顺与地方政府关系、增强债务信息透明性实行动态监控、完善担保制度等几个方面，提出完善我国地方政府融资平台公司监管若干建议。

The financing platforms of local governments in China have been developing rapidly since March 2009. On the one hand, they have been making a tremendous contribution to local economic development. On the other hand, they have often been criticized. Based on the analyses of the functions of local financing platforms,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve supervision on the financing platforms of local governments in China from the following aspects:classifying and ratio-nalizing the relationship between the financing platforms and local governments,enhancing the transparency of information on debts to implement dynamic monitoring and perfecting security system,etc.
