在对探索性学习方式与突破性创新绩效之间关系进行理论分析的基础上,文章探讨了环境动态性中的技术环境、需求环境、竞争环境和政策环境等子维度的动态性对探索性学习方式与突破性创新绩效之间关系的调节效应。采用262份研发团队样本数据,运用多元层级回归模型进行实证分析,结果表明:探索性学习对突破性创新绩效有着显著的正向影响;技术环境动态性和政策环境对动态性探索性学习与突破性创新绩效间的关系均有显著的正向调节效应,但需求环境动态性的调节效应并不显著,而竞争环境动态性起着倒U型调节效应。基于上述结论,我国企业应抓住技术变革带来的创新机会窗口,通过鼓励领先用户参与,建立公平竞争秩序,培育企业动态能力来提升企业突破性创新绩效。

Based on the analysis of the relationship between explorative learning and radical innovation performance,the pa-per discusses the moderating effect of environmental dynamism’s technology dimension, demand dimension, competition di-mension and policy dimension on the relationship between explorative learning and radical innovation performance. Using 262 R&D teams’data, it carries out an empirical analysis by applying a multivariate hierarchical regression model. The results show that explorative learning has a significant positive impact on radical innovation performance;technology environment dy-namism and policy environment dynamism moderate positively the relationship between explorative learning and radical innova-tion performance, but demand environment dynamism has no remarkable moderating effect, while competition environment dynamism has an inverted U moderating effect on the relationship between explorative learning and radical innovation perfor-mance. Therefore, Chinese enterprises should grasp the opportunities brought by technological changes, to improve the radi-cal innovation performance by encouraging leading enterprises’participation, establishing fair competition order and cultivat-ing enterprises’dynamic capability.
