针对 Pd / Al2 O3催化剂载体的改性进行研究,将1000℃焙烧后的氧化铝粉末与未焙烧的活性氧化铝粉末按不同比例混合和焙烧制备载体,采用等体积浸渍法制得负载 Pd 的 Pd / Al2 O3催化剂。采用 XRD、BET、NH3- TPD 和 HOT 对载体以及催化剂进行表征,并考察催化剂的蒽醌加氢性能。结果表明,提高载体中焙烧后氧化铝粉末的比例,导致载体中γ- Al2 O3减少和δ- Al2 O3增多,载体酸性降低,Pd 分散度变大,从而提高了催化剂氢化效率。当焙烧后氧化铝质量分数为40%时,分散度和活性表面积达到最大,晶粒度最小,氢化效率最高,催化活性最佳。

The support modification of Pd / Al2 O3 catalysts was focused on. The support was prepared by mixing activated alumina powder calcined at 1 000 ℃ and activated alumina powder without calcination in different proportion and calcining. Pd / Al2 O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and their performance for anthraquinone hydrogenation was evaluated. The supports and Pd / Al2 O3 catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,NH3-TPD and H2-O2 titration. The results showed that when the proportion of calcined alumina powder in the support was increased,γ-Al2 O3 decreased and δ-Al2 O3 increased in the support,which resulted in reduction of the support acidity,improvement of Pd dispersion on the catalyst and enhancement of the hydrogenation efficiency of the catalyst. When the mass fraction of calcined alumina was 40% ,Pd dispersion and active surface of Pd / Al2 O3 catalyst reached maximum,its crystal size was minimum,and the hydrogenation efficiency and catalytic activity of Pd / Al2 O3 catalyst were the best.
