目的：观察痛风性关节炎和高尿酸血症患者肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等炎性细胞因子的血清水平。方法：分别测定41例痛风性关节炎患者(痛风组)、52例高尿酸血症患者(高尿酸组)和30例健康体检者(对照组)3组人群TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6等细胞因子血清水平。结果：TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6痛风组明显高于高尿酸组、对照组(P＜0.05)。TNF-α、IL-1高尿酸组与对照组无明显差异(P＞0.05)，IL-6高尿酸组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：炎性细胞因子在痛风性关节炎患者的发病过程中起到了重要作用，而无症状的高尿酸血症患者炎性细胞因子还未达到导致炎症的水平。
목적：관찰통풍성관절염화고뇨산혈증환자종류배사인자α(TNF-α)、백세포개소-1(IL-1)화백세포개소-6(IL-6)등염성세포인자적혈청수평。방법：분별측정41례통풍성관절염환자(통풍조)、52례고뇨산혈증환자(고뇨산조)화30례건강체검자(대조조)3조인군TNF-α、IL-1화IL-6등세포인자혈청수평。결과：TNF-α、IL-1화IL-6통풍조명현고우고뇨산조、대조조(P＜0.05)。TNF-α、IL-1고뇨산조여대조조무명현차이(P＞0.05)，IL-6고뇨산조고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：염성세포인자재통풍성관절염환자적발병과정중기도료중요작용，이무증상적고뇨산혈증환자염성세포인자환미체도도치염증적수평。
Objective: To observe the levels of inflammatory cytokines including tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and others of the patients with gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia. Methods:The levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 in 41 patients with gouty arthritis (gout group), 52 ones with hyper-uricemia (hyperuricemia group) and 30 ones who underwent health examination (the control group) were respective-ly detected. Results:Gout group was significantly higher than hyperuricemia group and the control group in the lev-els of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 (P<0.05). There was insignificant difference in the levels of TNF-αand IL-1 between hyperuricemia group and the control group (P>0.05), hyperuricemia group was higher than the control group in the level of IL-6 (P<0.05). Conclusion:Inflammatory cytokines play an important role in the onset of gouty arthritis, whreas inflammatory cytokines haven't been to the levels inducing the inflammation.
