目的：探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)在2型糖尿病合并脑梗死中的诊断价值。方法：选取临床确诊的2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者38例，单纯2型糖尿病患者50例，健康对照组50例，分别检测其血清中Hcy、Hs-CRP、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果：糖尿病合并脑梗死组、单纯2型糖尿病组的血清Hcy、Hs-CRP水平均高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，糖尿病合并脑梗死组的血清Hcy、Hs-CRP与单纯糖尿病组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。相关性分析显示，糖尿病合并脑梗死组血清Hcy水平与Hs-CRP水平呈显著正相关(r=0.511,P＜0.05)，与SOD水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.672,P＜0.05)。结论：检测2型糖尿病患者血清Hcy、Hs-CRP水平对2型糖尿病合并脑梗死有着早期预测和诊断价值。
목적：탐토혈청동형반광안산(Hcy)、초민C-반응단백(Hs-CRP)재2형당뇨병합병뇌경사중적진단개치。방법：선취림상학진적2형당뇨병합병뇌경사환자38례，단순2형당뇨병환자50례，건강대조조50례，분별검측기혈청중Hcy、Hs-CRP、초양화물기화매(SOD)。결과：당뇨병합병뇌경사조、단순2형당뇨병조적혈청Hcy、Hs-CRP수평균고우정상대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，당뇨병합병뇌경사조적혈청Hcy、Hs-CRP여단순당뇨병조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。상관성분석현시，당뇨병합병뇌경사조혈청Hcy수평여Hs-CRP수평정현저정상관(r=0.511,P＜0.05)，여SOD수평정현저부상관(r=-0.672,P＜0.05)。결론：검측2형당뇨병환자혈청Hcy、Hs-CRP수평대2형당뇨병합병뇌경사유착조기예측화진단개치。
Objective:To find out the values of homocysteine (Hcy) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) in the diagnosis of type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with cerebral infarction (CI). Methods:All 38 patients suffering from T2DM complicated with CI, 50 cases with T2DM only and 50 cases as the control group were selected, the contents of Hcy, Hs-CRP and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the serum were detected re-spectively. Results:The levels of Hcy and Hs-CRP in T2DM group and the complication group were higher than these of the control group, the difference demonostrated statistical meaning (P<0.05), the difference showed statisti-cal meaning in the levels of Hcy and Hs-CRP between the complication group and T2DM group (P<0.05). Correla-tion analysis reflected that the level of Hcy was closely related to the level of Hs-CRP in the complication group (r=0.511, P<0.05), it demonstrated negative correlation to the level of SOD (r=-0.672, P<0.05). Conclusion:De-tection of Hcy and Hs-CRP of the patients suffering from T2DM could predict and diagnose T2DM complicated with CI at early stage.
