目的：探讨延伸护理服务对膀胱癌患者依从性和生活质量的影响。方法：将90例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例，实验组给予延伸护理服务，对照组给予常规护理干预。结果：实验组躯体功能评分、社会功能评分、生活质量总分均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组患者依从性优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对膀胱癌患者施行延伸护理干预，可有效提高患者生活质量，提高治疗依从性。
목적：탐토연신호리복무대방광암환자의종성화생활질량적영향。방법：장90례환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각45례，실험조급여연신호리복무，대조조급여상규호리간예。결과：실험조구체공능평분、사회공능평분、생활질량총분균우우대조조(P＜0.05)；실험조환자의종성우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：대방광암환자시행연신호리간예，가유효제고환자생활질량，제고치료의종성。
Objective:To observe the impact of extended nursing service on life quality and the compliance of the patients with bladder cancer. Methods:Ninety patients were randomized into the experiment group and the con-trol group, the experiment group received extended nursing service, and the control group routine nursing interven-tion. Results:The experiment group was superior to the control group in total scores of somatic function, social func-tion and life quality (P<0.05);the experiment group was superior to the control group in the compliance of the pa-tients (P<0.05). Conclusion:Extended nursing service given to the patients with bladder cancer could effectively im-prove life quality of the patients and raise therapeutic compliance.
