目的：探讨优质护理对降低剖宫产率的影响。方法：将304例住院产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各152例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在此基础上有针对性的给予护理干预措施，比较2组护理满意率及及剖宫产率。结果：护理满意率观察组为94.07%，对照组为82.24%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＞0.05)。自然分娩率观察组为92.76%，对照组为79.61%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：优质护理能有效降低剖宫产率。

목적：탐토우질호리대강저부궁산솔적영향。방법：장304례주원산부수궤분위관찰조화대조조각152례，대조조진행상규호리，관찰조재차기출상유침대성적급여호리간예조시，비교2조호리만의솔급급부궁산솔。결과：호리만의솔관찰조위94.07%，대조조위82.24%，2조비교차이유통계학의의(P＞0.05)。자연분면솔관찰조위92.76%，대조조위79.61%，2조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：우질호리능유효강저부궁산솔。
Objective: To discuss the influence of high quality nursing on decreasing cesarean section rate. Methods:All 304 hospitalizaed puerperants were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 152 cases each group, the control group received routine care, and the observation group corresponding nursing in-tervention on the foundation of basic nursing, nursing satisfaction rate and cesarean section rate of both groups were compared. Results:Nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.07%, higher than 82.24%of the control group with significant difference (P>0.05). Natural childbirth rate of the observation group was 92.76%, superior to 79.61%of the control group, the difference had no statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:High quality nursing could effectively decrease cesarean section rate.
