目的：观察舒适护理在剖宫产产妇术后护理中的应用情况。方法：将120例行剖宫产的产妇随机分为观察组、对照组各60例，对照组给予剖宫产术后常规护理，观察组在产妇回病房后即实施舒适护理，即加强基础护理、心理干预、指导母乳喂养及体位指导。结果：泌乳时间、肛门排气时间、第1次下床活动时间观察组均短于对照组(P＜0.05)。舒适评分产后2小时2组比较无明显差异，产后4、6、8小时观察组升高较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。结论：在剖宫产后早期实施舒适护理可提高护理服务质量，且乳汁分泌早，肠蠕动恢复快，母乳喂养成功率高。
목적：관찰서괄호리재부궁산산부술후호리중적응용정황。방법：장120례행부궁산적산부수궤분위관찰조、대조조각60례，대조조급여부궁산술후상규호리，관찰조재산부회병방후즉실시서괄호리，즉가강기출호리、심리간예、지도모유위양급체위지도。결과：비유시간、항문배기시간、제1차하상활동시간관찰조균단우대조조(P＜0.05)。서괄평분산후2소시2조비교무명현차이，산후4、6、8소시관찰조승고교대조조명현(P＜0.05)。결론：재부궁산후조기실시서괄호리가제고호리복무질량，차유즙분비조，장연동회복쾌，모유위양성공솔고。
Objective:To explore the application of comfort care to the puerperants who underwent cesarean section. Methods:All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases each group, the control group received routine care after cesarean section and the observation group comfort care when the puerperants returned to the wards, which contained:enhancing basic nursing, psychological intervention, guiding breast feeding and position guide. Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in lactation time, anal exhaust time and ambulation activity time at the first time (P<0.05). There was insignificant difference between both groups in comfort scores in two hours after the delivery, the improvements of comfort scores in the ob-servation group were more apparent than these of the control group in four, six, eight hours after the delivery (P<0.05). Conclusion:Carrying out comfort care at early stage after cesarean section could improve the quality of nurs-ing service with the advantages of early lactation, quick recovery of bowel movement and high success rate of breast feeding.
