目的：观察针刺治疗重度颅脑外伤致顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法：随机选取观察组和对照组各100例患者,2组均给予胃复安、爱茂尔、冬眠合剂、呱醋甲酯等药物常规治疗，观察组同时选择膈俞、中脘、内关、足三里、膻中、太冲等穴进行针刺治疗，2组均以治疗1天为1个疗程。结果：治愈率观察组为68.00%，对照组为46.00%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为100.00%，对照组为88.00%，2组比较具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。呃逆停止时间观察组为（2.85±0.22）天，对照组为（4.33±2.25）天，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺治疗重度颅脑外伤致顽固性呃逆临床疗效显著。
목적：관찰침자치료중도로뇌외상치완고성애역적림상료효。방법：수궤선취관찰조화대조조각100례환자,2조균급여위복안、애무이、동면합제、고작갑지등약물상규치료，관찰조동시선택격유、중완、내관、족삼리、단중、태충등혈진행침자치료，2조균이치료1천위1개료정。결과：치유솔관찰조위68.00%，대조조위46.00%，2조비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。총유효솔관찰조위100.00%，대조조위88.00%，2조비교구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。애역정지시간관찰조위（2.85±0.22）천，대조조위（4.33±2.25）천，2조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：침자치료중도로뇌외상치완고성애역림상료효현저。
Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of needling in treating intractable hiccup of the pa-tients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods:The patients were chosen randomly as the observation group and the control group, 100 cases each group, they received routine treatment of metoclopramide, bromisovale and pro-caine injection, lytic cocktail, methylphenidate and others, the observation group accepted the needling of GeShu (BL17), ZhongWan (RN12), NeiGuan (PC6), ZuSanLi (ST36), TanZhong (RN17), TaiChong (LR3) and others, one day was one course of the treatment. Results:Cure rate of the observation group was 68.00%, more than 46.00%of the control group with significant difference (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 88.00%of the control group with notable difference (P<0.05). Hiccup ceasing time of the observation group was (2.85±0.22) days, less than (4.33±2.25) days of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:Needling is effective in treating intractable hiccup of the patients with severe cran-iocerebral trauma.
