目的：观察健脾化湿法治疗儿童特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis，AD)的临床疗效及对血清总免疫球蛋白(TIgE)和嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的影响。方法：将60例AD患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组服用健脾化湿中药，对照组口服氯雷他定糖浆。分别于治疗前及治疗4周后记录SCORAD积分，检测2组患者TIgE水平和EOS计数。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.0%，对照组为66.3%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。SCORAD评分及IgE和EOS治疗4周后2组均明显降低（P＜0.05），治疗组降低更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：健脾化湿法能显著改善AD患儿的皮损面积和严重程度，降低血清TIgE和EOS，疗效显著，不良反应小。
목적：관찰건비화습법치료인동특응성피염(atopic dermatitis，AD)적림상료효급대혈청총면역구단백(TIgE)화기산성립세포(EOS)적영향。방법：장60례AD환자안수궤수자표법분위치료조화대조조각30례。치료조복용건비화습중약，대조조구복록뢰타정당장。분별우치료전급치료4주후기록SCORAD적분，검측2조환자TIgE수평화EOS계수。결과：총유효솔치료조위90.0%，대조조위66.3%，2조비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。SCORAD평분급IgE화EOS치료4주후2조균명현강저（P＜0.05），치료조강저경명현（P＜0.05）。결론：건비화습법능현저개선AD환인적피손면적화엄중정도，강저혈청TIgE화EOS，료효현저，불량반응소。
Objective:To explore curative effects of the method of invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness in treating children with atopic dermatitis, its influence on serum total immunoglobulin E (TIgE) and eosinophile granulocyte (EOS). Methods: Sixty AD patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to random number table. The treatment group took the herbs of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness orally, and the control group loratadine syrup. SCORAD scales were recorded before treating and after treating in four weeks, the level of TIgE and EOS of both groups were detected. Results:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, higher than 66.3%of the control group with significant difference (P<0.05). SCORAD scales, the levels of IgE and EOS were decreased evidently after treating in four weeks (P<0.05), the decrease of the treatment group was more notable (P<0.05). Conclusion:The method of invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness could obviously improve lesion areas and the severity, lower the levels of TIgE and EOS, the method is effective and with minor adverse reaction.
