目的：观察新生化颗粒辅助用于药物流产的临床疗效。方法：将100例早孕符合药物流产条件的妇女随机分为治疗组、对照组各50例，2组均予米非司酮和米索前列醇口服，治疗组在此基础上于孕囊排出后立即服用新生化颗粒，2袋/次，3次/d，连用7天。比较2组的完全流产率、孕囊排出时间及阴道流血时间、月经恢复情况。结果：孕囊排出时间2组比较无明显差异（P＞0.05），阴道流血时间治疗组明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组96.0％的患者于40天内月经恢复正常，对照组仅有78.0%的患者于40天内月经恢复正常，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：将新生化颗粒用于药物流产后可以明显缩短阴道出血时间，促进月经尽快恢复正常。
목적：관찰신생화과립보조용우약물유산적림상료효。방법：장100례조잉부합약물유산조건적부녀수궤분위치료조、대조조각50례，2조균여미비사동화미색전렬순구복，치료조재차기출상우잉낭배출후립즉복용신생화과립，2대/차，3차/d，련용7천。비교2조적완전유산솔、잉낭배출시간급음도류혈시간、월경회복정황。결과：잉낭배출시간2조비교무명현차이（P＞0.05），음도류혈시간치료조명현단우대조조（P＜0.05）。치료조96.0％적환자우40천내월경회복정상，대조조부유78.0%적환자우40천내월경회복정상，2조비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론：장신생화과립용우약물유산후가이명현축단음도출혈시간，촉진월경진쾌회복정상。
Objective: To survey clinical effects of new ShengHua granules in adjunctive therapy for drug abortion. Methods: One hundred patients who met the standard of drug abortion were divided into the treatment group and the control group, both groups took mifepristone and misoprostol orally, the treatment group began to take new ShengHua granules when fertilized eggs were discharged, two packs each time, three times each day, for seven consecutive days. Complete abortion rate, fertilized egg discharge time, vaginal bleeding time and menses recovery of both groups were compared. Results:It had insignificant difference in fertilized egg discharge time between both groups (P>0.05), the treatment group was evidently shorter than the control group in vaginal bleeding time (P<0.05). There were 96.0%of the patients in the treatment group menses returned to normal in 40 days, and there were only 78.0% of the patients in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: New ShengHua granules applied to adjunctive therapy for drug abortion could notably shorten vaginal bleeding time and promote the recovery of menses as soon as possible.
