目的：观察左归丸治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：将184例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各92例。对照组给予单纯西医治疗，观察组在对照组药物治疗的基础上加用左归丸，1剂/d，水煎分服，连服2周为1个疗程，连用3个疗程。结果：痊愈率观察组为68.48%，对照组为50.00%，2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)；总有效率治疗组为97.83%，对照组为81.52%，2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。控制止血时间、完全止血时间观察组均低于对照组，2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结果：左归丸治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血临床疗效显著，止血时间短。

목적：관찰좌귀환치료위절경기공능성자궁출혈적림상료효。방법：장184례환자수궤분위관찰조、대조조각92례。대조조급여단순서의치료，관찰조재대조조약물치료적기출상가용좌귀환，1제/d，수전분복，련복2주위1개료정，련용3개료정。결과：전유솔관찰조위68.48%，대조조위50.00%，2조비교차이현저(P＜0.05)；총유효솔치료조위97.83%，대조조위81.52%，2조비교차이현저(P＜0.05)。공제지혈시간、완전지혈시간관찰조균저우대조조，2조비교차이현저(P＜0.05)。결과：좌귀환치료위절경기공능성자궁출혈림상료효현저，지혈시간단。
Objective:To survey therapeutic effects of ZuoGui pill in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods:All 184 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 92 cases each group. The control group received western medicine only, the observation group took ZuoGui pill on the foundation of the drugs given to the control group, one dose per day, water decocted, one course of the treatment was two weeks, for three courses of the treatment. Results:Cure rate of the observation group was 68.48%, higher than 50.00%of the control group with significant difference (P<0.05);total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%, superi-or to 81.52%of the control group with notable difference (P<0.05). The observation group was lower than the con-trol group in controlling bleeding time and total hemostasis time, the comparison had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:ZuoGui pill is effective in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding with shorter hemostasis time.
