目的：观察四妙散加味治疗痛风的临床疗效。方法：选取痛风患者110例，随机分为对照组51例、观察组59例。对照组给予别嘌呤醇片口服治疗，观察组在此基础上给予四妙散加减治疗。对2组患者的临床指标、治疗效果进行评价。结果：2组疼痛评分、关节功能评分、血尿酸水平、血沉水平均有所下降(P＜0.05)，观察组改变更为明显(P＜0.05)；观察组临床痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：四妙散加味治疗痛风具有较为积极的临床意义，可降低疼痛评分、关节功能评分、血尿酸水平、血沉水平。
목적：관찰사묘산가미치료통풍적림상료효。방법：선취통풍환자110례，수궤분위대조조51례、관찰조59례。대조조급여별표령순편구복치료，관찰조재차기출상급여사묘산가감치료。대2조환자적림상지표、치료효과진행평개。결과：2조동통평분、관절공능평분、혈뇨산수평、혈침수평균유소하강(P＜0.05)，관찰조개변경위명현(P＜0.05)；관찰조림상전유솔화총유효솔균명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：사묘산가미치료통풍구유교위적겁적림상의의，가강저동통평분、관절공능평분、혈뇨산수평、혈침수평。
Objective: To explore therapeutic effects of modified SiMiao powder in treating gout. Methods:Altogether 110 patients were chosen and randomized into 51 cases of the control group and 59 cases of the observation group. The patients of the control group were administered with allopurinol tablets by mouth, the observation group accepted modified SiMiao powder. Clinical indexes and therapeutic effects of both groups were assessed. Results: After treating, the scales of pain and jont function, the levels of blood uric acid (BUA) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in both groups were decreased (P<0.05), the changes of the observation group were more notable (P<0.05);clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were clearly higher than these of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified SiMiao powder in treating gout show us the positive clinical meaning, it could decrease the scales of pain and jont function as well as the levels of BUA and ESR.
