目的：观察射干麻黄汤化裁佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各35例，2组均给予常规治疗，观察组加用射干麻黄汤化载辅助治疗，观察比较2组治疗效果。结果：治愈率观察组为85.7％，对照组为51.4％，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗组患儿咳嗽、喘息、肺部听诊等主要临床指标缓解时间及住院时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。复发率治疗组为8.6%，对照组为28.6%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：射干麻黄汤化裁佐治小儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效显著。
목적：관찰사간마황탕화재좌치소인모세지기관염적림상료효。방법：장70례소인모세지기관염환인수궤분위관찰조화대조조각35례，2조균급여상규치료，관찰조가용사간마황탕화재보조치료，관찰비교2조치료효과。결과：치유솔관찰조위85.7％，대조조위51.4％，2조비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。치료조환인해수、천식、폐부은진등주요림상지표완해시간급주원시간명현단우대조조（P＜0.05）。복발솔치료조위8.6%，대조조위28.6%，2조비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론：사간마황탕화재좌치소인모세지기관염림상료효현저。
Objective:To observe therapeutic effects of modified SheGan MaHuang Tang in treating children with bronchiolitis. Methods: Seventy patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 35 cases each group, both groups received routine treatment, and the observation group modified SheGan MaHuang Tang, too, curative effects of both groups were observed. Results:Cure rate of the observation group was 85.7%, higher than 51.4%of the control group with significant difference (P<0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group significantly in hospitalization time and relieving time of main clinical indexes such as cough, panting, pulmonary auscultation (P<0.05). Recurrence rate of the treatment group was 8.6%, lower than 28.6%of the control group, the difference was notable (P<0.05). Conclusion:Varied SheGan MaHuang Tang is ef-fective in treating children with bronchiolitis.
