目的：研究2型糖尿病患者对八段锦的认同度。方法：选取参加八段锦锻炼3个月左右的2型糖尿病患者共200例，自制调查表，调查表分为患者基本情况、对八段锦认同度两部分，对患者进行访谈。结果：患者基本上认可八段锦的作用，并喜欢在冬春季节锻炼。同时八段锦的接受程度仍存在差异，主要是晨起八段锦锻炼会影响他们的日常生活。结论：患者对八段锦有一定的认同度，但仍需通过糖尿病教育来改变其生活习惯，同时需通过对八段锦进行调整以方便其融入患者的日常生活中。
목적：연구2형당뇨병환자대팔단금적인동도。방법：선취삼가팔단금단련3개월좌우적2형당뇨병환자공200례，자제조사표，조사표분위환자기본정황、대팔단금인동도량부분，대환자진행방담。결과：환자기본상인가팔단금적작용，병희환재동춘계절단련。동시팔단금적접수정도잉존재차이，주요시신기팔단금단련회영향타문적일상생활。결론：환자대팔단금유일정적인동도，단잉수통과당뇨병교육래개변기생활습관，동시수통과대팔단금진행조정이방편기융입환자적일상생활중。
Objective: To survey the identification of the patients suffering from diabetes mellitus type two with eight-section brocade. Methods:All 200 patients who joined the exercise of eight-section brocade around three months were chosen and interviewed with self-made questionnaire, the questionnaire contained basic information of the patients and the identification with eight-section brocade. Results:The patients basically accepted the function of eight-section brocade, and they would like to exercise in the winter and spring. There were some problems existed to the identification of eight-section brocade, exercising eight-section brocade in the morning would affect their daily life. Conclusion:The patients are identified with eight-section brocade to a certain degree, but their life habits need to be changed by diabetes education, at the same time, the integration of eight-section brocade into daily life of the patients is improved by adjusting eight-section brocade.
