目的:观察安全忧患意识三步教育法在临床实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法:将90名护理实习生随机分为研究组、对照组各45名。研究组给予安全忧患意识三步教育法,对照组给予常规临床带教。记录2组护生的护理工作情况、护理不良事件发生情况、患者满意度以及仪器使用不良记录。结果:在入科实习6周、12周时研究组护生的主要护理工作情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),且随着实习时间的延长服务态度明显好转(P<0.05)。对照组无菌操作执行情况合格率升高(P<0.05),三查七对执行情况合格率下降,服务态度提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组发生护理不良事件2例(4.44%),患者满意率为94.76%(778/821),仪器使用不良2例。对照组发生护理不良事件9例(20.00%),患者满意率为78.81%(647/821),仪器使用不良11例。2组护生护理不良事件发生情况、患者满意率及仪器使用不良记录比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安全忧患意识三步教育法不仅可促使实习护生自觉加强责任心,端正服务态度,而且可有效降低护患纠纷、提高护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the results of safe and crisis sense three-step method applied to the teach-ing of probationer nurses. Methods:Ninety nurses were randomly allocated to the study group and the control group. The study group received safe and crisis sense three-step method, and the control group routine clinical teaching. The conditions of nursing, adverse event of nursing, satisfactory degree of the patients and bad records of using in-struments were observed in both groups. Results:Main nursing work of the probationer nurses in the study group was superior to that of the control group in six and 12 weeks after entering the department (P<0.05), the attitude was improved remarkably as internship time was prolonged (P<0.05). The implementation of pass rate aseptic tech-nique in the control group was improved notably (P<0.05), the implementation pass rate of three inspections and seven verifications was decreased, working attitude was improved, but the difference indicated no statistical meaning (P>0.05). There were two cases of nursing adverse event in the study group (4.44%), satisfactory rate of the patients reached 94.76%(778/821), two cases of instrument improper use. There were nine cases of nursing adverse event in the control group (20.00%), satisfactory rate of the patients reached 78.81% (647/821), 11 cases of instrument im-proper use. The difference showed statistical meaning in the incidence rate of nursing adverse event, satisfactory rate of the patients and instrument improper use (P<0.05). Conclusion:Safe and crisis sense three-step method could not only enhance the sense of responsibility, correct the service attitude, but also effectively decrease the disputes be-tween nurse and the patients, improve nursing satisfactory degree.
