潘文教授认为多囊卵巢综合征的病因多样，发病多与肾、脾、肝关系密切，多由肾精不足，冲任乏源；脾肾阳虚，痰湿内生；肝气郁结，化火化热；加之痰湿体质所致。
潘文教授認為多囊卵巢綜閤徵的病因多樣，髮病多與腎、脾、肝關繫密切，多由腎精不足，遲任乏源；脾腎暘虛，痰濕內生；肝氣鬱結，化火化熱；加之痰濕體質所緻。
반문교수인위다낭란소종합정적병인다양，발병다여신、비、간관계밀절，다유신정불족，충임핍원；비신양허，담습내생；간기욱결，화화화열；가지담습체질소치。
Professor Pan Wen thinks that the causes of polycystic ovary syndrome are various, its onset is closely related to kidney, liver and spleen, it is usually caused by the insufficiency of renal essence, source lack of thoroughfare and conception vessels; Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, inner accumulation of phlegm-damp;liver-Qi depression, transforming into the fire and heat;combined with the constitution of phlegm-damp.
