介绍了近年来铸型尼龙改性方面的研究情况及不同的改性方法。重点论述了纤维改性、无机填料改性、纳米材料改性、合金改性及共聚改性等方法及对改性尼龙性能的影响。其中,由于纳米材料改性和共聚改性可综合提高材料的性能,成为近年来研究的热点,合金改性由于性能优良且成本较低,日益受到各大公司的重视。针对今后铸型尼龙改性研究的方向提出了几点建议。

The modification research of MC nylon and different modification methods were introduced in recent years. It was discussed emphased on the modified method and the impact on performance of modified nylon. Modified method mainly included fiber modifing,inorganic filling modifing,nanometer materials modifing,alloy modifing and copolymerization modifing. The nanometer materials modified and copolymerization modified can raise the material’s properties comprehensively to become the hot spot of study. Many big companies attach importance to alloy modifing method increasingly because of its good properties and low cost. And the development trend of MC nylon was also discussed.
