从弹性体增韧和成核剂增韧改性两个方面综述了目前增韧改性聚甲醛的研究进展,提到了研究中的一些困难,并对未来聚甲醛增韧改性的方向提出了建议。指出应根据聚甲醛的分子结构、晶体结构和结晶的规律,开发专门针对聚甲醛的成核剂,以达到良好的增韧效果。也可以开发增韧剂,如丙烯酸酯弹性体增韧剂成本比热塑性聚氨酯弹性体低,而且与聚甲醛有一定的相容性,开发一种适合于丙烯酸酯弹性体与聚甲醛体系的增容剂将会对聚甲醛起到优异的增韧效果。
從彈性體增韌和成覈劑增韌改性兩箇方麵綜述瞭目前增韌改性聚甲醛的研究進展,提到瞭研究中的一些睏難,併對未來聚甲醛增韌改性的方嚮提齣瞭建議。指齣應根據聚甲醛的分子結構、晶體結構和結晶的規律,開髮專門針對聚甲醛的成覈劑,以達到良好的增韌效果。也可以開髮增韌劑,如丙烯痠酯彈性體增韌劑成本比熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體低,而且與聚甲醛有一定的相容性,開髮一種適閤于丙烯痠酯彈性體與聚甲醛體繫的增容劑將會對聚甲醛起到優異的增韌效果。

The latest progress on toughening POM by elastomer and nucleating agent were reviewed. The difficulties in study were summarized and research directions of toughening POM in future were also suggested. It was pointed that to achieve a better toughening result,we should develop specialized nucleating agent of POM according to its molecular structure,crystal structure and general rule of crystallization. We can also develop toughener to POM,for instance acrylic ester elastomer cost less than PUR-T elastomer and has good compatibility with POM,so developing an appropriate compatilizer fit for the system of acrylic ester elastomer and POM will generate excellent toughening effect.
