By analyzing operation and structure requirement,Pro/E was used for mold structure design. The design of hot runner system,side-coring pulling mechanism of combination form of inner angle pin action core pull and outer side core pulling mechanism combined with hydraulic cylinder,oblique guide pillar,inclined sliding block was elaborated mainly. The production practice prove that the mold is compact in structure,feasible and credible in operation. The quality of plastic parts satisfies the technical requirements.
