通过对影响轿车后保险杠注塑成本因素的分析,开展了降低轿车后保险杠PP料用量的研究。进行了一组物性验证试验,证明了提高PP料的再生率可有效地降低注塑成本。基于研究和试验的结果,提出了提高粉碎机的粉碎能力和注塑模具增加排气槽等降低PP料成本的具体措施。试用结果表明,用这些措施指导生产达到了降低后保险杠注塑成本的目的。

The research aimed atreducing the consumption of the PP material of the car’s rear bumper was conducted by analyzing the factors that affect the cost of injection molding for the car’s rear bumper. A group of verification tests for physical property were carried out. The results prove that the cost of injection molding could be effectively reduced by enhancing the regeneration rate of the PP material. Based on the results of the research and testing,concrete measures were put forward,such as raising the crushing capability of the grinder and adding exhausting trough to the injection mould,etc. The results show that these measures can guide the production to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of injection molding for the rear bumper.
