采用Nd-YAG红外激光打标机,在不同参数设计下对车用聚丙烯复合材料进行红外激光打标,考察了各工艺参数对材料激光打标性能的影响,采用色差变化(ΔE)和明暗度变化(ΔL)定量地表征车用聚丙烯复合材料的激光打标效果,筛选出了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,步长、电流和频率是影响车用聚丙烯材料激光打标效果的主要参数,要获得理想的打标效果,参数选择需要控制在合适的范围之内。对于本实验车用聚丙烯复合材料而言,理想的红外激光打标工艺参数为电流14~15 A、频率1~3 kHz、步长0.005 mm。
採用Nd-YAG紅外激光打標機,在不同參數設計下對車用聚丙烯複閤材料進行紅外激光打標,攷察瞭各工藝參數對材料激光打標性能的影響,採用色差變化(ΔE)和明暗度變化(ΔL)定量地錶徵車用聚丙烯複閤材料的激光打標效果,篩選齣瞭最佳工藝參數。結果錶明,步長、電流和頻率是影響車用聚丙烯材料激光打標效果的主要參數,要穫得理想的打標效果,參數選擇需要控製在閤適的範圍之內。對于本實驗車用聚丙烯複閤材料而言,理想的紅外激光打標工藝參數為電流14~15 A、頻率1~3 kHz、步長0.005 mm。

With different design parameters,infrared laser marking on vehicle polypropylene material was performed by using Nd-YAG 1 064 nm laser marking machine. The effect of technological parameter on infrared laser marking property of polypropylene composite for automobile was investigated. The laser marking performance of polypropylene blend was quantificationally evaluated by color aberration index (ΔE) and shading changes(ΔL),and the optimum technological parameters were selected. The result indicate that the current intensity,step length and frequency are the main influence factors on laser marking effect. The technological parameters should be adjusted properly for the better performance of laser marking. For polypropylene blend researched in this article,the current intensity of 14~15 A,step length of 1~3 kHz and frequency of 0.005 mm are the ideal parameters for infrared laser marking.
