利用气质联用仪可以在较短的时间、气体用量很少的情况下分析出天然气中的常规组分,并且该方法简便易行。对西二线天然气进行了组分分析,采用外标法定量,得出各组分含量:氮气:1.8524%;甲烷:93.8583%;二氧化碳:0.6617%;乙烷:2.8891%;丙烷:0.4460%;异丁烷:0.0344%;正丁烷:0.0874%;异戊烷:0.0461%;正戊烷:0.0616%;正己烷:0.0629%。实验中设计了气流速度平衡控制系统保证进样的重复性和结果的准确性,此外进行了数据的重复性验证,相对标准偏差均低于5%,最后对气质联用仪就天然气定量分析准确度方面提出了改进意见。

GC-MS has advantages of high analytical speed and simple analytical steps. The gas of the second west to east gas pipeline was analyzed by using external standard based on GC-MS, determined contents of every components are as follows:nitrogen 1.852 4%, methane 93.858 3%,carbon dioxide 0.661 7%, ethane 2.889 1%,propane 0.446 0%, isobutene 0.034 4%, butane 0.087 4%, isopentane 0.046 1%,pentane 0.061 6%,hexane 0.062 9%.In the experiment, gas velocity balance control system was used to ensure reproducible and accurate results. In addition, the relative standard deviations are less than 5%for the reproducibility of the data validation. Finally, some suggestions on GC-MS improvement are put forward.
