丙烯腈装置扩能改造后含氰污水和废水量很大,严重影响公司节能减排目标的实现。含氰污水实现减排的主要手段是减少四效外排污水总氰和 COD 的排放浓度和排放总量;减少焚烧尾气排放量是通过提高焚烧炉的焚烧能力和效果来减排。治理含氰废水量大的主要手段是对产生废水的车间进行相应的工艺改造和工艺优化来降低废水的生成量。

The quantity of chlorine-containing wastewater is huge after the capacity-increasing reconstruction of the acrylonitrile equipment, which has a negative influence on the target achievement of energy conservation and emission reduction. The main method to reduce the emission of cyanide-containing wastewater is to reduce the emission concentration and total amount of cyanide and COD outside of the multi-effect evaporator. The way to reduce the emission of tail gas combustion is to improve the capability and efficiency of incinerator. Technology improvement and process optimization of the unit can reduce the production of wastewater, which is an effective method to deal with the large amount of cyanide-containing waste.
