对A企业原炼油碱渣废水处理方案进行了分析,针对其水质变化影响水质达标的问题提出超临界水氧化(SCWO)和高温湿式氧化两种处理方法,分析比较后对后者进行了工艺试验研究,结果表明,在反应温度270℃(9.0 MPa),停留时间不低于120 min的工艺条件下,处理后的出水中S2-未检出、COD、酚和有机氮的去除率分别为83.5%、99.4%和95.6%,有机氮几乎全部转化为氨氮,B/C值由0.32提高到0.69,可直接送污水处理场进一步生化处理。

The treatment scheme of spent caustic wastewater from a refinery was analyzed, and two methods of supercritical water oxidation and high-temperature wet oxidation were proposed aiming at the problem that water quality changes affected effluent up to discharge standard. After analysis and comparison, the experimental study of high temperature wet air oxidation process was carried out. The results show that, under the condition of reaction temperature 270℃ (9.0MPa) and residence time not less than 120 min, no S2- in effluent after treatment can be determined, and the removal rates of COD, phenol and organic nitrogen are 83.5%, 99.4% and 95.6% respectively, organic nitrogen is almost completely converted to ammonia nitrogen. The B/C value is increased from 0.32 to 0.69, then the effluent can be directly sent to the sewage treatment plant for further treatment.
